After the initial release of the highly anticipated MACRA legislation, CMS estimated that 87% of small practice providers would be penalized. Although these projections improved after the final rule was released, the odds are still stacked against small practice providers who have limited resources. PCMH transformation and sustainability are key to succeed in this new landscape. In this presentation, we will discuss how the PCMH process can sufficiently help small practices meet QPP requirements for all the MIPS categories. (UAN 0850-9999-17-008-L04-P)

  • Leverage MIPS as a framework for PCMH practice facilitation.
  • Utilize PCMH process to ease providers into VBP.
