While the business community coupled with payors should be eager to assist primary care physicians into medical home transformation, they are resistant and willing to maintain the status quo of pay-by-CPT numbers. This presentation will show how a small association banded together to create the PCMH University, and how physicians grew the NCQA PCMH practices from 4 to over 300 in 36 months.
