Many consulting experts are going beyond engaging one-to-one with practices. Many large organizations are attempting to develop programs that can reach a large number of their extended physician communities. This session will present ways in which to develop comprehensive, easy-to-understand and easy-to-use programs that can achieve engagement as well as provide valuable assistance for community physicians to work through the transition to PCMH status.
