NCQA highly recommends the use of self-assessment and gap analysis as a baseline for understanding where a practice is on Day 1 and recognizing opportunities for transformation. This session will clearly detail the process to complete an in-depth practice assessment to identify a practice's readiness, outline a process to provide a comprehensive gap analysis based on the assessment findings, and as a result of the findings, learn techniques to prioritize the gap areas with clear and direct remediation goals.
