Access to Primary Care services is a key component of every healthcare delivery system. The efficient and cost-effective management of provider panels and appointment availability is of great importance in capitated systems in general and in organizations within the framework of accountable care in particular. This session introduces the comprehensive panel and appointment management system developed and implemented in the Primary Care Service Line at the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC, Charleston, SC.
