This presentation will provide participants with a better understanding of how attaining and maintaining PCMH or PCSP recognition will help them improve in their transition to MIPS. We will explain how patient-centered recognition gives full credit for the Improvement Activities category in MIPS. The PCMH approach also prepares practices to perform well in the Quality category of MIPS through monitoring quality measures, acting to improve, and remeasuring performance.
