Utilizing a Unique Practice Setting to Improve Care of Geriatric Patients
Due to the increasing number of geriatric patients and the complexity of care required to treat this population, a unique practice setting design is needed in order to ensure quality of care to patients. Participants will gain an understanding of the dynamics of caring for patients in a unique practice setting and how collaborative partnerships can improve quality of care.
